Description

The Cataplana is perfect for cooking and simmering stews with vegetables, rice, fish, meat and all kinds of seafood, as is traditional in Portugal. The Cataplana can be opened or connected only on one side, so that the pen can be removed and the Cataplana can be divided into 2 parts. There are also 2 locking handles on the Cataplana that connect the top to the lower part.

Suitable for induction, ceramic, electric & gas cookers and even suitable for the oven.
